Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain a high standard of safety compliance, conducting regular safety audits and enforcing protocols.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders with precision and speed.
- Train new hires on operational procedures and safety regulations.
- Resolve operational issues on-site to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency with basic warehouse software and inventory systems.
