Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues that arise during the shift.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the regional management team.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts preferred).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
