Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Manage 5-7 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Handle inventory management and store merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Implement safety protocols and maintain store cleanliness
- Process daily sales transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
