Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend staff members during peak retail hours
- Process inventory shipments and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service protocols
- Execute weekly sales promotions and floor plan adjustments
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation
- Train new associates on POS systems and safety protocols
- Submit daily performance reports via mobile app
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Basic first/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
