- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts
- Supervise and train weekend staff (4-6 team members)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Enforce safety and security protocols
- Prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory experience required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic POS and inventory management knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexibility to travel between Boston and TX locations
- Valid driver's license preferred
