Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-4PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient with inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Lightspeed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
