Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 weekend team members, ensuring optimal customer service and operational efficiency
- Execute inventory management, stocking protocols, and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions, handle cash operations, and resolve customer inquiries
- Monitor security protocols and maintain a safe shopping environment
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare stores for weekday operations
- Train weekend staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) only
- Basic math and inventory management capabilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for multi-store travel)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
