Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 3-5 service stations
- Train and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service
- Implement inventory management protocols
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Process payroll adjustments and incident reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-11pm)
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training

- Nashville local preferred (reliable transportation required)
