Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend team activities and ensure operational excellence during peak hours
- Train and mentor new staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings
- Enforce quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service or retail
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
