Your Role
As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse associates to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the weekend warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Train new hires and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery as required for daily tasks.
- Handle discrepancies in shipment documentation and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
