Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor part-time staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies to meet weekend targets
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak holiday periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
