Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person weekend warehouse team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Train new weekend staff on equipment handling and procedures
- Maintain accurate shift logs and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse/logistics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM - 6 PM
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
