Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless operations
- Prepare weekend shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Preferred: Forklift certification and bilingual (English/Spanish)
