Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-8 warehouse associates with clear direction and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency during weekend peak hours
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday hours
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
