Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend team members across retail operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak hours
- Handle inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Process transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines for weekend displays
- Train new staff on POS systems and safety protocols
- Report operational metrics to store management
Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if transporting inventory)
- Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly
- Flexible schedule during holidays
- Previous POS system experience preferred
