Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Manage 5-8 person weekend team including scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through staff coaching
- Execute inventory management and merchandising standards
- Process weekly payroll documentation and shift reports
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Implement loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail/supervisory experience
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for store transfers)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible to work holidays if needed
- Basic POS system proficiency
