Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates during weekend shifts.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays effectively.
- Handle cash handling, transactions, and basic problem resolution.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for regional travel).
