Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and setting up the sales floor.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment throughout the weekend shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate merchandise, and alert management to restocking needs.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store goals are met and operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
