Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit/debit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by performing regular stocking and merchandising duties.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and exit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and preparing merchandise for display.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with mobile devices and POS systems.
