Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 2-3 high-traffic locations
- Train and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members on service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with premium service excellence
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking procedures
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Proven weekend shift management experience (retail/hospitality)
- Availability Saturdays AND Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Valid driver's license for cross-location travel (NY/FL)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
