Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Manage staff scheduling and task delegation for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute inventory counts and merchandising strategies during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic knowledge of loss prevention protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
