Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Schedule, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor workflow to maintain high standards of accuracy in inventory handling and shipping procedures.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Problem Solving: Address operational bottlenecks and customer service issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
