Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-7 weekend staff members during high-traffic retail shifts
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service focus
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate transaction records
- Implement safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations
- Train new weekend associates on store procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Memphis-area residency preferred
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Weekly pay processing experience
- Flexible scheduling availability
