Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person weekend shift teams with clear task delegation
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Train new staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Complete end-of-day reporting and cash reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs)
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
