- Implement inventory control and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on POS systems and customer service standards

- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations handoff
- Maintain compliance with all state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
