Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend guest services operations across resort amenities including pool areas, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and conflicts with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance requests for weekend facilities
- Generate daily operational reports and communicate critical updates to management team
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and gaming regulations during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts including evenings and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Nevada state gaming card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
