Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 weekend associates to ensure productivity targets are met
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments and resolve operational issues
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate with day-shift management
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
