Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor part-time staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution.
- Reliable transportation to the Wichita facility.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
