Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday team to prepare for the upcoming week's logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all stock is organized and accessible.
- Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct safety checks and enforce company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Train and mentor new part-time staff members on weekend procedures.
- Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and inventory software.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
