Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
- Train and mentor part-time staff to maintain high productivity standards.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
