Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak weekend hours
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Train new weekend staff on company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in service/hospitality industry
- Proven ability to manage weekend and holiday shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for supply runs)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
