- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend promotional events and guest engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and special requests
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in hospitality/events
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with digital reservation and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
