Responsibilities
- Monitor venue security and enforce safety protocols during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure optimal coverage
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Document incidents and submit detailed shift reports to management
- Maintain compliance with local liquor laws and venue policies
- Train new staff on emergency procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday & Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for venue transportation if needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- 18+ years of age
