Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure peak operational performance
- Execute inventory management protocols and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Monitor sales floor operations and implement loss prevention measures
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handover procedures
- Train new associates on product knowledge and brand standards
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
