Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend retail associates, ensuring optimal customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, stocking protocols, and store presentation standards
- Process transactions, resolve customer escalations, and maintain loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Train new weekend staff on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Generate daily performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during unsupervised shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential store transfers
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
