Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and store cleanliness
- Train and mentor 5-7 weekend staff members on sales techniques and company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store manager
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
