Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead and mentor team of warehouse associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-shift reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
