Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Ensure all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
