Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming/outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed strictly to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues immediately and efficiently during your shift to minimize downtime.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift reports to management regarding performance and safety incidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
