Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend clinical teams to maintain high-quality patient care standards
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for seamless patient care continuity
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Manage patient inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and protocols
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Valid Arizona state healthcare license (if applicable to role)
