Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 clinical staff during weekend and overnight shifts
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Implement emergency response protocols for after-hours incidents
- Conduct shift handovers with precision documentation
- Monitor equipment and facility security during low-staffing periods
- Train new staff on night shift-specific procedures
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proven ability to lead during high-stress situations
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability for weekend/night rotations
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Oklahoma nursing license (RN or LPN)
