Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care assistance during nights and weekends
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility support
- Coordinate care plans with overnight nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- CPR/BLS certification
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
