Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person weekend retail teams during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries with exceptional service and conflict resolution
- Process sales transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations handover
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures and product knowledge
- Monitor store compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (7am-7pm)
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
