Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across the warehouse floor.
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and standard procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock transfers accurately.
- Resolve operational issues and provide feedback to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics supervision is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
