Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations with 8-12 team members
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train new staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate shift reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
