Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend delivery teams of 3-5 personnel
- Ensure timely and accurate package processing using our proprietary system
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues in real-time
- Implement safety protocols for team and package security
- Track performance metrics and submit end-of-shift reports
- Train new associates on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and apps
- Chicago residency preferred for local knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced, weather-variable conditions
