Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations with precision and efficiency
- Lead a team of 5-8 associates, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Process daily payroll and financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain inventory control and stock management procedures
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Prepare end-of-day reports and shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
