Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor 5-7 weekend associate team members
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising directives
- Resolve customer inquiries with Memphis hospitality excellence
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for inventory logistics)
- Memphis tourism district knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
