Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, process, and package incoming and outgoing shipments during peak weekend hours.
- Operate warehouse machinery and scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping status and delivery details promptly.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing orders before dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new inventory management software.
