Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily inventory checks, stock organization, and ensure the warehouse area is clean and safe for operations.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records in our internal management systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to coordinate workflows and handovers.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of products and packaging to maintain high-quality standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) for full-time hours.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
